data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1852\">Spread over more than 100 hectares &#8211; larger than Retiro Park &#8211; the site is a veritable green lung just a few minutes from the center of Madrid.<\/p><p data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2335\">The training center has several tracks: a main grass track (1,725 m perimeter) and three working tracks (one of which is sand and fiber), all equipped with a modern drainage system and safety barriers adapted to international standards. Until 1996, the races never ceased to be celebrated at this mythical venue. That same year, however, the racecourse was forced to close for economic reasons. It wasn&#8217;t until 2003, thanks to investment by the State through its holding company SEPI and a number of shareholders, that the racecourse was refurbished and once again able to host horse races.   <\/p><p>The infrastructure has been renovated, including all the tracks.
