Ocean Cay marine reserve, between turquoise sea and exotic landscapes
Located in a secluded corner of the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean Cay Marine Reserve is a must for cruisers and travelers in search of a change of scenery. This pristine island, part of the Bimini archipelago, combines an exceptional natural setting with a wide range of services and activities, from white-sand beaches to kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling and sunset cruises.
The project is part of a landscape and tourism enhancement approach, aimed at creating an outdoor environment capable of withstanding the vagaries of the weather while offering visitors an immersive experience. Gregori International took charge of the design and construction of the exotic landscaping, organizing green spaces, relaxation areas and infrastructure surrounds to enhance the comfort, safety and attractiveness of the island.

- Soil preparation on more than 30 hectares to accommodate planting and guarantee the longevity of the plants
- Installation of a complete irrigation system covering the entire site to ensure optimum watering.
- Creation of an exotic tree nursery on the island to prepare for transplanting according to the established landscape design.
- Planting of trees, shrubs, tropical plants and ground cover in accordance with landscaping plans
- Organizing green spaces around recreation areas, pedestrian paths and tourist infrastructures
