Gregori International has completed the landscaping of the Oyala University Park in Equatorial Guinea, a campus comprising 10 buildings, a stadium, a sports complex, residences for teachers and students, a restaurant, a shopping center, two artificial lakes and a central forest, which will accommodate 10,000 students in fourteen faculties.

Oyala University Park, a landscaped setting for education
The project is part of a global approach to site enhancement. Gregori International carried out the landscaping of the Oyala University Park, based on a complete preliminary study including masterplan, levelling and water management.
These operations have created a structured and enhanced campus, offering a pleasant and safe environment for students and staff, while ensuring the coherence and sustainability of outdoor spaces.
The project involved several key interventions:
Development of a master plan and levelling plan to organize spaces and facilitate circulation on campus
Implementation of a water management plan to optimize irrigation and ensure the sustainability of facilities
Design and implementation of landscaping around buildings, lakes and central forest

- Earthworks and land levelling to prepare all campus areas
- Installation of drainage and automatic sprinkler systems to ensure plant durability and optimum water management
- Soil amendment and grassing to structure and green outdoor areas
- Planting trees, shrubs, ground cover and climbing plants to create diversified green spaces
- Construction and installation of custom-made furniture, including wooden or steel pergolas and decorative fountains
- Paving for paths and traffic areas
- Installation of a lighting system in the gardens and around the central park to make the spaces safer and more attractive.
