CSR

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority at GREGORI INTERNATIONAL, which is why we have chosen to certify part of our services to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) standards.

As part of our ISO9001 certification, we are committed to identifying and meeting applicable legal requirements, preventing environmental damage, taking into account the reality of climate change, biodiversity issues and water resource limitations, as well as the human issues associated with our operations, and continuously improving the environmental performance of our activities.

Gregori international
a committed company

a corporate citizen

In order to guarantee optimal working and community conditions for all its employees, Gregori International implements a social policy, both in human and environmental terms.

human resources development

Wherever we operate, we encourage local recruitment, but most of our contracts are located in remote areas where access to vocational training is not always guaranteed. Convinced that we must play our part in improving the skills of local populations, we train our employees so that they acquire professional experience and qualifications.

Worksite safety

We have set ourselves the target of zero accidents, by appointing a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) manager on every site, providing our personnel with the recommended safety equipment, and continually training them in the proper use of machinery and good safety practices on the job site. Over the past five years, we have had no fatal or serious accidents on any of our sites!

purchasing policy
sustainable

As part of its commitment to sustainable development, Gregori International has implemented a policy to limit its impact on the environment. Convinced that every small gesture counts, we take concrete action to preserve our natural resources. Here are just a few examples:

Paper reduction

By dematerializing methodologies, joining project correspondence exchange platforms, and reducing the systematic printing of documents in our offices.

Waste management

A recycling and waste management policy is implemented on each site to optimize the management of used oils, mechanical waste and other site waste through selective sorting and recycling.

Limiting pollution and the greenhouse effect

The company’s practice has always been to source as close as possible to its projects, and to favor the use of local materials, particularly aggregates and soil improvers, which are heavy or cumbersome to transport. On a daily basis, we also try to group and rationalize our transport operations, favoring sea transport over road and land transport over air. Likewise, our strategically-positioned warehouses enable us to reduce transport distances from our supply sources to our worksites.

Reasoned environmental approaches to the use of phytosanitary products

We favor the use of grass species and plants that consume fewer pesticides and fertilizers, and can be watered with brackish water. We choose organic rather than chemical fertilizers, and produce them as close as possible to our projects.
