Rough grading: general grading of the driving range, creation of the features, such as tees and bunkers. Topsoil stripping (collected on site only)
Irrigation : Installation of a full drainage and irrigation system, including 8 catch basins, pipe, sprinklers and pump station (35 full circle heads)
Grassing: fine grading and finishing of all features, laying of sand on tees, smoothing of ground prior to grassing.
