The racecourse covers some 50 to 51 hectares. The main racetrack is 2,000 to 2,130 meters long, with a width of 19 to 20 meters, and includes several training tracks, including a steeplechase and a sand track.
The surface of the main track is covered with FiberSoil sand, a high-performance synthetic material, and equipped with an automated sprinkler system and excellent drainage, enabling races to be held even in wet weather.
The racecourse is the only one in Russia where three breeds of thoroughbred horse are regularly tested: English, Arab and Akhal-Teke, with over 500 horses entered each year.
The racing season runs from May to October, with around 20 days of racing each year, generally every Sunday from midday.
