Turnkey construction of a 62,000m² racing track (Turf) and a 31,000m² racing track(Dirt).
Construction, completion and maintenance of specific grassed areas, including: final levelling, sub-base layers, establishment of grass nursery (10,000m2), spreading of new planting medium, mixing with additive and special products, planting of grass (62,000m2), supply and installation of the irrigation system including main line & lateral lines, gate valves solenoid valves, automatic sprinklers, central controller, variable speed pumping plant (280 m³/h), testing and commissioning.
